Just came from Bluffers Marina,I was there to buy an early bird ticket for the $1000 a day derby and was told that due to threats and balckmail by the Owner of the Toronto Sun(Walter Oster) that if bluffers sells tickets or weighs fish for the $1000 a Day he will pull his tickets and scales out for the Sun Derby. All ready got a response back from $1000 A Day and was told a new spot is being signed up tomorrow just up the street. I have had it with this ***-**** telling business's that they can't do both, here's an e-mail to complain to ([email protected]), and the number for Bluffers is 416-266-4376. While i was there i was talking to a couple of other guys and they were not impressed.They also fished both last year but have the same feeling i do about this year. We should all be very disgusted with a derby that tries to force business owners to choose 1 or the other. I like the new derby, i like the way it's run, and i like the 4 months to win. So Walter if your out there please have the kahoneys to respond to this.
