The Niagara County Gobblers Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation is proud to be sponsoring a "Women in the Outdoors" event on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at North Forest Rod & Gun Club, 6257 Old Niagara Rd., Lockport, NY. The "Women in the Outdoors" program is dedicated to providing interactive educational outdoor opportunities for women 14 yrs. and older, the conservation of the wild turkey and preservation of the hunting tradition! This will be an all day event starting at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Choose 4 different class sessions you would like to attend. The course offerings will include: Archery Hiking Outdoor Cooking Bird Dog Training Map & Compass Firearm Safety & Shooting Workshop fees: $45.00 includes - Use of all equipment, program materials and instruction.
