The 4th Annual Don Johannes Memorial Fishing Tournament is set for Sunday, honoring a great guy who went that extra step to make this world a better place. Cost is just $25 per boat, with the top three places for big fish (only one per boat, though) all receiving cash awards based on 100 percent of the entry fee money. Register at the Wilson Boat Yard by 8 p.m. on Saturday night. Weigh in will take place before 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Gas Shack. A special raffle is also being conducted to raise funds for the Ransomville Fire Department's Ambulance Fund.
