Larry Koch of Lockport offers his assistance with a new potential archer. The Federation reaches out to kids in an effort to get them involved with all aspects of the outdoors.	John Butcher of Lockport helps the next generation out with safe firearms handling at the Niagara County Fair. The Federation is charged with coordination of hunter safety training in the county.
