There are some big bass around here!

Here is a 6 pound 6 1/2 once Largemouth caught
at Wilson NY September 29 2008

A 6 lb 6 1/2oz large mouth was taken in the creek yesterday [09/29/08] on a top water lure. The man who caught it thought he had a large Bowfin or Northern Pike. When he finally got it next to the boat, he could see what it was. He could fit his whole fist in the mouth of the bass and still had room on the sides.
